We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase only with unopened packages accompanied with a receipt. The provision of a valid email address at time of purchase will facilitate easy access to an electronic receipt and enhance the return process.
Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Christmas, Easter and Halloween Items, including costumes) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday, unopened with receipt only.
We will gladly accept returns within 10 days from the date you received your purchase. All returned items must include the Shipping Receipt. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. All merchandise must be in a new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items include:

Hosiery, & Undergarments
All custom & personalized items (US only)
Partial Party Kits – Party Kits may only be returned complete, including all components originally specified within each kit. Party Kit components cannot be returned individually.
Send us an email requesting a return merchandise authorization number, explaining the reason of your return. Send your email to email@example.com. Once your return is accepted an email will be send back to you with an RMA#. Please send copy of your order receipt with your return. Include the RMA# and the reason for your return.
